I can’t make it live after all. What now?
Free viewers get no replay. With the VIP upgrade you can rewatch the full masterclass for 7 days. You can upgrade until the masterclass starts.
Do I need to own or buy property?
No. You manage properties for owners and earn a percentage of what they bring in. You don’t need property, a mortgage or a deposit. You do need some budget to set up your business, tools and insurance.
I have a full-time job. Does that work?
Yes, that’s the most common starting point. Count on 8 to 10 hours a week to get started. You don’t do the cleaning yourself: from the first property on, you work with a cleaning partner for that.
